Sarah is a Specialist Physiotherapist at Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust and joined the Improvement Academy in August 2024 as a Clinical Leadership Fellow.

With particular interest in patient safety, Sarah will focus on implementing the ARCS (Achieving Reliable Care for Safety) programme, with additional emphasis on enhancing maternity care pathways and exploring further workstreams and opportunities for community health checks. Sarah is eager to apply her experience to drive meaningful improvements in patient care and safety.
