The Improvement Academy works with stakeholders and partners to deliver Improvement Programmes across Quality and Safety of healthcare. Our programmes use evidence-based interventions contextualised to complement what is already happening in our partner organisations. We use principles and expertise that both engage frontline staff, and yet also deliver outcomes at an organisational or system level.

Our work is commissioned from a range of sources, academic health science networks, royal colleges, research bodies, health improvement charities, NHS England & NHS Improvement, and directly from NHS provider organisations.
