Daniel is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine and Associate Medical Director for Human Factors at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. Daniel’s work involves applying Human Factors principles to a wide range of areas including patient safety, incident investigation and simulation. He is an Improvement Academy Human Factors Fellow and co-delivers the Improvement Academy’s Silver Level Human Factors Training.
