Eloise is an Implementation Research Fellow based within the Improvement Academy. El provides implementation research support to teams across the region and is particularly interested in mental health research. Primarily a qualitative researcher, El has previously worked on large scale randomised controlled trials focussed on improving the lives of older adults with multimorbidity. El is passionate about making research findings accessible to all.
