Lucy has joined the improvement academy on a 12 month secondment as part of NHS England Future Leaders Programme. Professionally she is a Band 6 Neurological Physiotherapist who has worked in the Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds area for nearly 10 years. Most recently she has worked with Spinal Injury Patients at Leeds General Infirmary. 

Lucy’s passions are staff development, improving staff health and well-being and promotion of Allied Health Professional into NHS leadership.

Outside of work she enjoys crochet, travel and spending quality time with her partner and two cats. You’re always welcome to ask her how her latest crochet project or wedding planning is going!
