Clinical Leadership Fellow 2026-2027
Victoria is an Anaesthetics and Intensive Care Registrar based in South Yorkshire. She has an interest in patient deterioation, team dynamics and work place culture. Her work at the Improvement Academy will focus on Martha’s Rule and the learning from deaths workstream, including supporting Structured Judgement Review training. During her year she will also undertake a Pgcert in Health Care Leadership.
Our partnerships are centred in the Yorkshire and Humber region but extend nationally. We are continuously developing our partnerships and relationships with health and care organisations.
