Fran is a medical oncology registrar in West Yorkshire.  She joined the Improvement Academy in 2021 as a Clinical Leadership Fellow and is now the lead for learning from patient safety events.

This work focuses on developing systems to spread rapid and relevant learning to frontline teams following patient safety events, including Structured Judgement Review and Patient Safety Incident Investigation. Through this work she hopes to mobilise knowledge across organisations, helping teams to share best practice and transition towards a learning culture.
