Alice has joined the Improvement Academy as a Research Fellow. She is working on many projects with the Patient Safety Collaborative (PSC), the Achieving Behaviour Change (ABC) team, and other quality improvement projects within the IA. Alice is particularly interested in working with healthcare professionals to support positive and effective changes within the NHS to both staff and patients.

Alice previously worked for a mental health crisis team and has a background in psychology with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology. Alongside her work at the Improvement Academy, Alice is currently studying part-time for her PhD in Psychology. Her doctoral thesis is primarily qualitative research that is focused on understanding the lived experiences of schema therapy in people with an eating disorder.
