Sarah is a Quality Improvement Project Manager within the patient safety collaborative.

Sarah qualified as a registered general nurse in 2008 and has experience in medical, surgical, high dependency specialities and most recently a senior sister’s post. Throughout her career she has always had a passion for staff development, leadership, patient safety & seeking out ways to improve care.

Sarah implemented a safety huddle on her ward, the success of which inspired and motivated the decision to further develop her knowledge of quality improvement and pursue a career working for the Yorkshire and Humber Improvement Academy.
