Vicky has worked with the Improvement Academy since January 2014 supporting frontline teams to implement safety initiatives and supporting case note review methods.

Vicky is the Project Manager for HUSH (Huddle Up for Safer Healthcare). This is a 3 year project funded by The Health Foundation, scaling up the implementation of safety huddles in 129 inpatient wards across 4 hospital sites in Leeds, Scarborough and Barnsley.

Vicky has previously worked in a variety of private sector roles in administration, marketing and project management. After working overseas for several years she returned to the UK in 2010.
