Dr Zuneera Khurshid is working as an Implementation Research Fellow. Her work with the Improvement Academy involves providing implementation research support to teams across diverse projects in the region. She is a qualitative researcher and has a PhD in Health Systems Research with a focus on Improvement Science. Previously, Zuneera has worked with the National Quality and Patient Safety Intelligence Team of the Irish Health System. Zuneera is interested in making research accessible, applied, and relevant to frontline teams for sustainable improvements.
