Lizzie joined the Improvement Academy in 2020 as a Clinical Leadership Fellow and now leads the Managing Deterioration workstream of the Patient Safety Collaborative. Within the Managing Deterioration workstream, there is a focus on improving safety of care home residents, where Lizzie uses her frontline experience as a GP Trainee to lead the team.

Lizzie is passionate about supporting staff, whether that be in health or social care, after leading the Just Culture Network during her fellowship year.
