This year the Improvement Academy has an exciting opportunity available: Deterioration – Safe Pathways of Care.
The Fellow will work across a range of health and social care settings and join a well-established team with expertise in QI, patient safety, research, implementation science, and knowledge mobilisation. The IA is the implementation partner of the Y&H Applied Research Collaboration, is linked with a national Patient Safety Research Centre, and leads the Y&H Patient Safety Collaborative. Additionally, Bradford hosts an NIHR Clinical Research Delivery Centre and the Y&H Secure Data Environment. Ongoing projects include:
- Using patient voice to improve patient safety
- Supporting implementation of Martha’s Rule
- Exploring how to use the Prevention, Identification, Escalation, Response approach with system partners
- Implementing the Just Culture Assessment Framework
