Our Introductory Masterclass provides an overview of HUSH safety huddles in the Acute Hospital and Hospice sector. We will cover our unique approach to safety huddles within these areas and share with you our results and experience with frontline teams including the impact Huddles have had on teams and individuals.

Ali led the Health Foundation Scaling up Improvement Grant: Huddle Up for Safer Healthcare with over 150 frontline teams. She has a passion for patient safety and was previously named as one of the HSJ Top Innovators in Healthcare.

Anna supports the Improvement Academy to spread HUSH safety huddles and to deliver Quality Improvement training. She has delivered many successful frontline QI projects including reducing avoidable deterioration, falls and pressure ulcers
