Dr Andrew Gibson – Mortality Lead Improvement Academy Bradford, RCP NCEPOD Steering Group, Chair South Yorkshire MNDA
Andrew was clinical lead for the National Mortality Case Record Review programme and subsequently went on to hold the role of clinical lead for patient safety at the Royal College of Physicians. His most recent work has centred on the use of SJRs to assess the quality of care received by those during the Covid pandemic.
Dr Grace Duffy – Clinical Leadership Fellow, Improvement Academy
Grace is a specialty trainee in Palliative Medicine in West Yorkshire. She has paused training to spend a year as a Clinical Leadership Fellow at the Improvement Academy. Her focus is on learning from patient safety incidents and deaths.
