In A Nutshell:

The Improvement Academy can provide training and coaching support to doctors in any stage of their professional lives. We have supported medical students, junior doctors, trainees and senior consultants in acute, mental health and social care.

We have run a successful Clinical Leadership Fellow Programme for more than 10 years. You can learn more about our previous Clinical Leadership Fellows and their experiences here.

Bronze level Quality Improvement and Human Factors Training – free to access for all
Access to resources for staff who are ‘second victims’ of patient safety incidents
Training in Structured Judgement Review methods of learning from incidents
