Laura was involved in embedding the Yorkshire Safety huddles at Harrogate Hospital and will continue to develop this project in the Yorkshire Huddles Programme – The Next Stage. Improving quality and safety of care is something Laura is passionate about. She has been instrumental in embedding the #endpjparalysis campaign on her ward. As a result she was involved in the following projects: In the name of Safety; Improving Patient Experience; and Achieving Behaviour Change. This provided valuable insights and opportunities for her to apply her clinical knowledge.

Laura enjoyed learning from those around her, with different professional backgrounds and experiences.
