This virtual Masterclass provides an introduction to Structured Judgement Review in Mental Health.

Allyson Kent
Mortality Improvement Fellow, Improvement Academy

Allyson is a Mortality Improvement Fellow with the Improvement Academy, supporting both our ‘Learning from Deaths’ training and our ‘learning by doing’ Quality Improvement training.
Allyson was a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists expert reference group on Learning from Deaths and is a Queen’s Nurse.

Frankie Hill

Quality and Patient Safety Lead, Leeds and York Partnership
Foundation Trust

Frankie is a Quality and Patient Safety Lead with a focus on patient safety. She has held this role since August 2021. Prior to this Frankie has been a Matron since 2007 in Intermediate Care, Surgical Specialities and Stroke and neurology. She experience with inquest management and learning from deaths.
Frankie was seconded for a year 2019/2021 into the Improvement Academy where she was a Clinical Leadership Fellow focussing on Mortality, “A just culture” and second victim. Frankie is a trustee at Mind in Bradford.
