The Y&H Patient Safety Collaborative has been asked to support teams with their preparation for PSIRF implementation.

This learning community is aimed at all colleagues supporting PSIRF implementation in all providers across Y&H.

At this meeting, we will explore how fatigue affects patient safety.

  • How fatigue impacts us day to day
  • Ways of mitigating fatigue in a clinical area
  • Occupational Health perspective
