Developed from our one-day Silver QI training day, this course, now delivered virtually, offers individuals and teams an opportunity to work through the IHI’s Model of Improvement using a case study based in mental health. The content is intentionally highly practical with the aim of preparing you to engage in an improvement project within your organisation.
This course is supported by other Improvement Academy virtual training courses which can provide more detail about aspects of the basic Silver for Quality Improvement, including ‘Understanding Data for Improvement’ and ‘Achieving Behaviour Change’.
