Michael is the Business Intelligence Manager for Informatics at Bradford Royal Infirmary. He previously worked with the Improvement Academy as the Senior Analyst.

As an Associate Fellow Michael continues to work with the Improvement Academy providing Improvement Academy training courses in SPC and is also a member of Improvement Academy Executive Board.
