The workshop/event is FREE to all NHS and Care organisation staff within the Yorkshire and Humber region, but a cancellation charge of £50 may apply if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • bed capacity modelling
  • queuing theory
  • healthcare system modelling

and how they can be used to improve

  • patient flow
  • 4-hour A&E target
  • Delayed Transfers of Care (DTOCs)
